hijinks design's servers are located in the same building as the MAE-West (Metropolitan Area Exchange, West) Internet backbone. Our servers are directly connected through a multiple gigabit connection with battery backup and emergency generator power, a climate controlled environment, and 24 hour 365 day monitoring of connections and data. We back up client data daily to an off-site facility.

We offer six levels of hosting service. Each level includes basic hosting features such as virtual domain support, an escalating number of POP email accounts, logs and statistics, and an administrative web console.

In addition to the services offered within each service level, hijinks also offers additional hosting services, custom programming and graphic design.
